Tri-State Title, LLC was established December 10, 2000. Tri-State Title is owned and operated by Jolie Neal and Teresa Voss. Tri-State Title offers complete title and settlement services for all of Ohio and Kentucky. We specialize in Conforming, Non-Conforming, Builder Services, Construction and Commercial Markets.
Jolie Neal - President
Jolie has been in the title industry for over 14 years. She has been involved
in all aspects of the industry from processing to closing and is highly
regarded in the mortgage industry. She has extensive knowledge as an "Operations
Manager" and has the know how to run a profitable and successful
business. She has implemented her own training material and is considered
a "people" manager who can handle extreme situations with ease
and expediency. Jolie has been a licensed agent in the State of Ohio since
1998. She is also licensed in Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin,
Missouri, Colorado and Pennsylvania. She is also a notary for the State
of Ohio. Jolie is extremely detail oriented, thorough and flexible. She
possesses the attitude of "whatever it takes to get the job done
right".
Teresa Voss - Vice President
Teresa has been in the title industry for approximately 2 years. She has
subcontracted for several title companies throughout the Cincinnati area.
Teresa has recently become a licensed agent for the State of Ohio. She
is an extremely motivated individual who is always open to learning and
achieving new ideas and goals.
